P'Ache Minor Command

Background

Within the Peacekeeper Territories, there are four star systems with twenty planets, each with different native species, geographic needs and cultural norms. Managing such a large variety of people as a single entity was quickly identified as inefficient by Peacekeeper Alliance.
So, each star system was given its own Command, a protectorate of sorts. Within these system commands, each planet also has its own Command to represent its own interests.

Structure

P'Ache Minor Command is one of the four planetary commands which reports to P'Ache Command, which in turn reports to Command Logistics.
Within P'Ache Minor Command, there are two representatives from each of the five continents on P'Ache Minor. Other planetary commands (particularly P'Ache Prime Command) criticised them for having an even number of representatives in their command structure and queried the wisdom of it in the inevitable event that a tie-break is needed. The P'Ache Minor Command representatives brushed off these concerns when they were raised several thousand years ago, and surprisingly, since then, the need for a tie-break has never come up.
Beneath these representatives are departments that are responsible for:

• Law and Order
• Infrastructure
• Planning and Building
• Emergency Planning
• Health and Physical Wellness
• Education and Enlightenment
• Philosophy
• Emotional Wellness
• Mental Wellness
• Dreaming

These groups were again criticised by those outside of P'Ache Minor Command, and this constructive feedback was gratefully received and promptly ignored by the command's representatives.

Culture

P'Ache Minor Command sticks by its motto of 'Always At Peace', and has conducted philosophical investigations into each of those three words and how they may best be interpreted and embodied. Within the reports into P'Ache Command, they are often the diplomat between the other planetary commands.
