P'Ache Micro Command

Background

Within the Peacekeeper Territories, there are four star systems with twenty planets, each with different native species, geographic needs and cultural norms. Managing such a large variety of people as a single entity was quickly identified as inefficient by Peacekeeper Alliance.
So, each star system was given its own Command, a protectorate of sorts. Within these system commands, each planet also has its own Command to represent its own interests.

Structure

P'Ache Micro Command is one of the four planetary commands which reports into P'Ache Command, which in turn reports to Command Logistics.
Within P'Ache Micro Command, there are representatives from each of the 4 major companies who export minerals from P'Ache Micro, as well as one representative for the native Macrans who still inhabit the planet.
Beneath these representatives are departments that are responsible for:

• Law and Order
• Infrastructure
• Planning and Building
• Emergency Planning

Everything else, such as healthcare, education and so on, is dealt with by the companies themselves or by the native Macran community. They may petiton P'Ache Micro Command for support in these areas, but often their priority is elsewhere.

Culture

P'Ache Micro Command sticks by its motto of 'Show Your Feathers', which originates from an ancient Macran saying (Letting Your Feathers Show - Saying) which was connected with honesty and vulnerability. This bastardised version is more aggressive and has undertones of demanding to see what someone is hiding and forcing the truth out of people. P'Ache Micro Command is often seen as more brutal and basic than the other planetary commands within P'Ache Command.
