P'Ache Major Command

Background

Within the Peacekeeper Territories, there are four star systems with twenty planets, each with different native species, geographic needs and cultural norms. Managing such a large variety of people as a single entity was quickly identified as inefficient by Peacekeeper Alliance.
So, each star system was given its own Command, a protectorate of sorts. Within these system commands, each planet also has its own Command to represent its own interests.

Structure

P'Ache Major Command is one of the four planetary commands which reports to P'Ache Command, which in turn reports to Command Logistics.
Within P'Ache Major Command, there are nine representatives. One from each of the four major companies in Upper Ultra, Capital City of P'Ache Major, and one from each of the other five largest cities on Mor, the only landmass on P'Ache Major.
Beneath these representatives are departments that are responsible for:

• Law and Order
• Infrastructure
• Planning and Building
• Emergency Planning
• Health
• Education
• Bio Science and Ecology
• Technology
• Data
• Commerce

Culture

P'Ache Major Command's motto is simply 'Fix It'. They apply this motto to everything and firmly believe that there is nothing so good it can't be taken apart and made better. As such, even the structure of their organisation changes regularly, and while the one listed above is the most consistent iteration, it is only accurate for a few months every four or five years.
Unlike some of the other planetary commands, it is far less concerned with the native ethnicity, in this case Majorans, and is instead focused on filling in that 20% gap between something being great and it being perfect.
