Nekuram
There was a time where I thought of Nekuram as the like of any human nation. Nekuram is, however, more complex and the home of many, different races that share a bond that is hardly understood by humans since the demons can look so different from each other. Maybe it is because they share this country as their home, as their common ancestary, to the likes of Orfordwhelm and the God Orios? Perhaps it is just too complicated for humans to understand?The Demon's nation, Nekuram, is both their birthplace and home country. Known as the only demon-led country on Nimenra, it has been locked in a millennial long conflict with humans from the northern part of Nimenra, Telamirein. Nekuram is home to many sentient and co-operating demon races that creates a large diversity of personalities and cultures which also have created several internal divisions. Demography and Population
Demons are a widely different race or races than humans. Many different cultures and races have lived in areas for as long as they can remember. Many Nekur or "normal demons" live among these different races like the Salendites and Vampires of the Merrithen. Thus Nekur is the most common of the races in Nekuram except in some areas where that is close to uninhabitable for most races except for thous who have adapted for such locations. One example is the Urukin and Galati Forest where they live along its edge and is said to have evolved from within the grand forest.
No humans live in Nekuram due to the hostilities between humanity and Nekuram. Some believe however that humans might have visited Nekuram beyond Unsirgea and Fenhergea but that it is... unknown.

Foreign Relations
Nekuram has had a hard time making relations with others outside of Nekuram itself due to its current hostile relations with humanity's various nations on Nimenra. While having mostly hostile relations with all countries, there would not be an impossibility for Nekuram to have relations with humans, as seen with demons and humans in Glarn and various other locations in Marlun.
With The Dwarven Kingdom on the other hand there has been a long-standing truce. Ever since The Great Quakes disaster that devastated the dwarven race as a whole, silence and non-contact have been the approach from the Dwarven side through their isolationism. Few Dwarfs live from the days that Nekuram and the kingdom fought if any.

Trade & Transport
Trade flows mostly in the roads and through the rivers that are navigatable, but since most run north-south and the capital lies in the east, many trade goods go first to Creffëren. There a network of stone-laid roads goes to bigger towns and cities, including the capital, that was established during the reign of Angmirh.
