The Slammer

The Slammer is a converted ancient keep with thick high walls and murder holes, it is also the Kingdom's largest detention facility. It is a place of abject misery for it's inmates. The prisoners are interned there for a variety of reasons; any Judge can sentence any criminal to do time in the Slammer.

Purpose / Function

It is used to hold, often times, dangerous criminals as a punishment for past misdeeds. It is also a jail for people suspected of committing a crime but are awaiting trial in the court of the King.
