The Storm Forge
The Storm Forge is one of the few places in the realm where people can get a sense of what things were like in the distant past because despite being the largest and best smithy in Kingdom the main attraction is the black smith himself: A Storm Giant
He is the last of his kind, a single remnant from a time long ago when dragons and other magical creatures still existed. He is confined to the forge and local underground surrounding it because he is too big to walk the streets without causing considerable property damage. None know the giant's name because none speak his language, and he doesn't care enough to teach it. His wife was killed 40 years ago fighting in the Necromancer War, since then he rarely ever speaks and when he does it seems to be to himself. Rumors say that the Storm Giant's life span is so great that his grandfather served Gareth Dragonsbane, the 1st King of Calradia over 2000 years ago.
The forge itself is sized to be used by a Giant's hands, everything is in huge proportions. The workshop is regularly hit by lightning bolts from a localized rain storm over the area, it is said that the Giant calls the lightning to his hammer as he strikes the steel. His works can rival those of The Dwarven Fellhammer Clan.
