Pomm Woodland

The least dense wooded area on the continent, The Pomm Woodland also houses some of the smallest trees. The tree line is much thicker on the western front, thinning out the further east you go, separating the mid region settlements from the badlands.
These woods are exceptionally rife with wildlife and foliage with many unusual creatures and plants calling this woodland their home. A few manor houses and estates are scattered throughout with some smaller buildings and homes but the area is largely unpopulated.
On the western side of the woods, many camps and arenas are used for daily magic practice and study. Seminars are held here as to not overly interfere with the day to day goings on of Fooks, some magic users choose to live in the woods instead of the town altogether. Caution is advised when travelling through this area unannounced so be sure not to surprise a group of apprentice magic users in the middle of combat training.
