Kaz Reliran

Kaz Reliran is a town of orcs and dwarves. They live under the rule of both the barony of Eldurgrund and the lordship of Árkastali. Their lords at the keep built the territory after desiring to explore port option with their position, but this ended up being nothing more than a pipe dream, as the Eldurgrund sea is far from a profitable location and the the only settlement on the other side is averse to outsiders.
After the Greylend Pact was established, Kaz Reliran was built in hopes of giving dwarves a place to stay that was outside the walls of the castle. As the dwarves and orcs began to get along, and orcs from Ock Ivaran desired to move to greener grass, they ended up growing their small community and the lord of Árkastali decided to allow the communication between the two towns. With good favor growing between the two areas, they even allowed a road to be paved between, which the orcs and dwarves would have to guard themselves.
