Virnos
An Imperialistic city Virnos was known for having dreams of Empire. It is also known for its heavy usage of Technomancy. Airships are a common sight in the skies of Virnos and the infamous Virnosian Rangers were famed for their accuracy and skill with their Elemental Flintlocks as well as their advanced magitech armor.
Formerly ruled by the Order of Technomancy and Grand Magus, Virnos has seen massive changes over recent decades. The Virnosian Rebellion shattered the nation and led to its annexation and subjugation by its neighbor Atresa, who it was once close to overpowering.

Military
The Virnosian military suffered greatly between the Third Virnosian War and The Virnosian Rebellion. While it remained advanced, it was greatly reduced in manpower, even more than before. Further, the departure of the true Order of Technomancy and the Rangers of Virnos some of Virnos' more advanced technology.
Ironically, the take over of the nation by Atresa has led to a lot of bleed between Atresa, Virnos, and Ibrim. The banks of Ibrim paying for the creation of advanced Virnosian weapons to be used by the Atresan/Virnosian army. It is now speculated that besides Tharrisia, the Atresan/Virnosian military is the largest in Kalin, and is certainly the most advanced.
Technological Level
Virnos is, by far, the most technologically advanced Fallen City and nation in Kalin. The Technomancy Order provides magical-technology marvels to make life easier while general science is highly promoted and advanced. Trade & Transport
Virnos has access to some of the best technology and transport available. Their airships are extremely tough and fast, allowing for quick trade. On the ground roads made of clean cut stone make travel easier for the average man.
Education
Education has undergone massive changes in the last decades. Once a free-for-all education system, the new Senate has pushed through a public education system. It is deeply flawed system, with how rich the area is directly corresponding with the quality in education, but its still utterly unique on Kalin. Further, the New Technomancers offer to teach anyone who wants to lead their art after the age of 15 (though one must show proper aptitude to be accepted).
