When the first moon is full but the small moon is black, Lily is made regent of the world.
Lily is one of the most active of the Lunar Pantheon and one of the most well-connected. She has actively curated cults and agents around the world, who do her bidding in exchange for paladin support, information, and legitimacy. She is not to be trifled with- she has planned invasions and toppled governments with her influence. Many mortals find her to be inspiring, as she is direct, action-oriented, and energetic in helping mortals with their problems. She is also one of the most opposed, as her blatant meddling attracts constant counter-meddling from the other members of the Lunar Pantheon.

Lily is known as the Goddess of War, Druidic/Alkoan Magic, Animals, Prosperity, Hunting, the Wilderness, and Summer. They are associated with lily flowers, rubies, and moonstone.

Mental characteristics
Personal history
Born in Samvara in the lands bordering modernday Pritinam and Empria, Lily grew up in a semi-nomadic dryad river tribe. Once free to roam the banks and trade in peace, Lily's tribe was increasingly boxed in by their Kima City neighbors- massive underground hive cities that sought to lock down the riverlands and press their inhabitants into labor underground.
Lily decided that she would put an end to this system and rallied the river clans together. Claiming to be Halcyon's prophet, she said that the heavens demanded they wage war on the Kima cities. Raiding, burning fields, breaking dams, and doing all the damage they could, Lily's rebel band gathered inertia and zeal. Halcyon grew worried for the innocents caught in the crossfire, and came down to Lily personally.
Halcyon made Lily their actual prophet, granting them divine power if they used it to make a lasting peace that preserved the Kima. Lily was the first Alkoa, what we might call a druid, and her disciples have been the source of Druidic magic since. Upon her death she became the first of the Lunar Pantheon. She is perceived as a divine being in all Pratasam, Halikvar, Areto, and Akada sects.
