The Duskwalkers

While The Influence of The Black Sun is home to a wide variety of criminals, from petty thieves and murderers to gangs of bandits and raiders, in the early 440s there began to be rumours of a change spreading from deeper into the The Black Sun's influence. A force of organised, disciplined, uniformed - at least by Amothian standards - men and women, were apparently carving out an empire of sorts in the ruined lands, with any gangs they encountered either absorbed into their number, or swept aside.

Of course, noone has ever spoken to anyone who saw such things with their own eyes, only stories of stories, passed third hand, of some-wide eyed survivor, left alone of all their band to spread word.
