Storm Dragons

Storm Dragons, sometimes called Blue Dragons, are nimble dragons that spend most of their lives in the air, only landing to sleep. Elder Storm Dragons are always accompanied by storm clouds that they conjure with just their presence.
Storm Dragons are commonly vain, arrogant and self centred, they adore adoration and attention, but they aren’t usually aggressive unless insulted. Unlike many other Dragons they aren’t solitary creatures, instead preferring to surround themselves with like minded people, leading to constant gossip and drama.
They are extremely fast and agile fliers, with superior aerial mobility, but they are fragile and aren't very physically strong. In a fight they keep their distance in the air, using their powerful long range lighting breath to strike opponents from afar.

Appearance:

Storm Dragons are slim and nimble, with a long neck and tail. 
They are quadrupedal with short limbs and large sleek wings that rise from their backs. Their heads are long and sharp with pointed horns that curve from the back of their skills. Storm Dragons are covered with aerodynamic spines and dark blue scales that crackle with electricity.

Element:

Storm Dragons are associated with the element of lighting which they can exhale as a deadly breath attack.

Lair:

Storm Dragons make their lairs above the clouds on high mountain peaks. They horde wealth, specifically anything reflective so that they can admire themselves, from shiny armour to mirrors.
