Isthmus of the Huntsman

This is the southernmost point of Eluziar and links the continent to what Accians call "The Continent Beyond". In the last few centuries no Accia has set foot past this point. Terrible storms rage on both sides and the isthmus itself is fervently guarded by locals and a powerful warrior known as "The Huntsman". Some believe him the son of Banalkar or Lunil himself but not many Accians have survived an encounter with him. Because of this resistance, the region has become the forefront battleground in the Kingdom of Accia.

The region itself is breathtaking and diverse, a land flourishing with life and the magic of Fliral, Lunil and Banalkar. The diverse ecosystem has made this region the favorite of Banalkar and the people who make this rainforest home have come to revere him and most other Aethid. They have their own names and legends for these entities. With their racial magic, the locals have taken to living in the canopy of their rainforest, going so far as to build cities above the tree line. Many of them are able to fly or easily climb while others have abilities suited to hunting or camouflage. These abilities have aided them in resisting the kingdom, particularly suited to guerilla warfare amid the thick foliage of their home. They are determined to keep the kingdom's influence from spreading further south
