Continent of Egera
Geography
Egera exhibits a variety of geography, from wide rolling plains to thick forests to high mountain peaks.
The western half of the continent is dominated by grasslands known for their very fertile soil. These grasslands see significant rain, yet remain sparse of larger plants. Scrub brush and copses of trees dot the rolling hills, and riparian woodlands are found along streams and rivers in the region.
Mountain ranges run along the northern and north-eastern coasts, and another at the head of the southern peninsula. Thick temperate rainforests are commonly found at the foothills of these mountain ranges stretching out into the lands below. More sparse woodlands dot the countryside.
In the northwest of the continent lies a natural spring known as The Life Spring, headwaters of the Life River, which bisects the continent north to south. As it is joined by other streams and tributaries, this becomes the largest river on the continent before it pours into the Great Lake in the south and then onward into the sea.
Fauna & Flora
Egera is the native home for both humans and Kentier, as well as a large number of animals both domesticated and wild.
Natural Resources
Egera has vast swaths of fertile land that are cultivated to grow a vast number of food crops. The plains to the west of the Life River are the largest fertile region on the continent, but their use is closely guarded by the Kentier and only a small percentage of Egera's food crops are produced in this region.
Sheep, goats, and cattle have been domesticated, and hunting for game such as deer, rabbit, and goose is common. Some small herds of auroch still roam the open lands between settlements, but their numbers are dwindling.
The water of The Life Spring is considered both sacred and extremely magical at its source. And, as a result, many of the plants that grow around it are also considered valuable. Some species of plants can be found only at the spring and are therefore incredibly rare and valuable.

I just would like to know a bit more about the sentient species... Anyway, nice work!
Thanks, I've added in a link to the main article about the kentier, the rest I'm still working on.
I'll check it out!
