Started the "Theydim Intelligence Organization" in an effort to improve the communication of information across Theydim and to centralize the flow to provide the High King with the most accurate intelligence reports as could be obtained.
Stormwatch was mocked by most of the other Arles for his efforts, or accused of spying on the Arles with intentions of gaining the High King's favor in the court.
