The Goner Uprising and Incursion was a rebellion by Goners who were unsatisfied with their treatment in the 6 Nations as cannon-fodder troops, cheap labour and easy targets for abuse... also hoesmad because they lost The entirety of the human-Goner war because 99% of their loved ones were killed by humans using Goner remover 9000. At this time, Goners made up 15/16s of the population of the human-ruled 6 Nations, although humans and Goners lived in separate settlements and so rarely interacted.

The 6 Nations had a dilemma: use Goner remover 9000 a second time and lose most of the population they used for production and security against the The LIR or League of Intelligent Races at the same time as killing much of the majority of Goners who weren't involved in the rebellion, or don't use them and risk being overthrown and humanity shackled under Goner rule?

The Insurgency, an alliance of paramilitary forces and militias consisting largely of veterans and edgy teens, were very opinionated on the matter. Violently opinionated, in fact. After some years of warfare in which they were the go-to whenever war crimes had to be done, a group of them broke into a government facility, acquired the Goner remover 9000 and yeeted it everywhere.

This disease kills 99% of the Goners on any planet it's let loose on over the course of several weeks, assuming it starts in a city with lots of victims to carry and die to the disease. Goners can't build up immunity to it. It can be used multiple times to successfully dwindle down the Goner population further and further, causing them to lose a further majority of their population.

After this, the economy crashed due to the lack of cheap Goner workers and the governments were all saying they wanted the weapons back from the Insurgency, that the Insurgency had to give up its other weapons, that the Insurgency's members would be in no way compensated for their service to humanity, and even roasted the Insurgency for committing war crimes... the Insurgency rebelled and ultimately lost, partly because of enraged Goners being used as soldiers against them and partly due to disunity as some Insurgency splinters actually swapped sides to the governments to be added as extra military regiments. Regardless, they did have a goal in that time: overthrow governments, establish a New United Human Nation... even if they disagreed on basic things like how this United Human Nation would operate.

Structure

Numerous groups with their own rules, mostly copying the militaries of the nations they started up in, with a common goal that remained in contact with nearby groups in order to coordinate their actions and supply one another with weapons, food, fuel and people. This was the boogaloo equivalent of the Raid Area 51 meme staying relevant for multiple months the seamlessness with which they worked together was ridiculous.
