Arcane Magic treats magic as a practiced science. Studied and logical magic pulls from many sources, or mimicks many sources, to create a library that anyone clever enough can pull from. Those that draw on the Arcane Spell List tend to be the purest of powers, capable of doing great, and/or terrible, things.
Bards, Sorcerers, and Wizards tap into the Arcane spell list innately. Others, like the Arcanist, use the Arcane list to support their kits otherwise.
Any spellcaster who uses the universal Arcane Spell List has access to these spells via their class, ancestry, or whatever else. Spells with this page/trait are considered "Arcane" in nature.
