The target becomes magically frozen, either through outside magic or from somethign internal.
Choose a creautre that you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Will saving throw. On failure, the target becomes Stunned and Restrained for the duration of the spell. At the start of each of their turns, the target can make another Will saving throw. On a success, the spell ends on the target. On Critical Failure, the next save attempt occurs at the end of their next turn.
