You use an Ability, either Casting a Spell or Using a Maneuver Cast a spell or Use a maneuver.

Usage cost will take 1-3 actions / ◈-◈◈◈, and will be denoted by the ability. Some abilities will require more than what is said, having extra costs or repeating their effects, as with Fauntless Fusilade. Some will not cost any action itself, but be part of another, as with the "Part of an Attack" phrase.
