A line of freezing arctic wind 30[⤴ feet long and 5 feet wide blasts out from you in a direction you choose. Each creature in the line must make a Reflex saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 4d4 ⤴ cold damage and they lose 10 Movement until the end of their next turn, and double damage / lost Movement on Critical Fail. On a successful save, the creature creature takes half as much damage and does not lose any Movement.
