Identifying Characteristics
Ireena has bright red hair, and blue eyes, making her a remarkable sight in Barovia. She shares a family resemblance to an older woman Soryn d'Nemishcata has seen through one of her visions when holding Ireena's gun.
Special abilities

Specialized Equipment
Ireena carries her father's gun, which he received as a present from his cousin, Burgomeister Dmitri Krezkov on his 40th birthday, but held little interest in. To Ireena, the gun represents a sense of agency and individuality, and is her focus for being able to effect the world around her. The gun features a makers mark from Wolfsbane's Fine Rifles, a Gunsmithery in Krezk opperated by the master Gunsmith Cornelius "Wolfsbane".

Personal history
Ireena is actually the adopted daughter of Kolyan, whose wife was already deceased when she was taken in, so she inherited her adoptive father's surname. Ireena's biological parents are unknown, as she was a foundling left on the Burgomeister's doorstep.
On Birthday, 28th of First Moon, 735 ME, Ireena's brother Ismark hired the Heroes to transport her to the Abbey of St. Markovia, or anywhere else that she would be safe from Strahd von Zarovich.
On Mournday, 2nd of Second Moon, 735 ME, Ireena shot Isnaf Mathais Shashlovich whilst he was leading a band of raiders attempting to kidnap or potentially kill her and the rest of the Heroes in Lacusta House. This marks the first time she has hurt someone else in self defense.
Morality & Philosophy
Ireena appears to deeply fear witchcraft, though seems to hold some cognitive dissonance about the subject, as she disbelieves the stance of the Harvest Society regarding the Golden Gourds.
Ireena is rather sheltered, and though holds many opinions of her own, is very unaccustomed to even the concept of expressing herself. She is learning from the Heroes how to be her own person.
