When Elemental Truth opens in October of 1889, Thessaly Lytton-Powell has gone through tremendous changes in her life. One looming fear is gone, but that doesn't mean she's free to live her life as she wishes - or with who she wishes. Vitus Deschamps is establishing himself as a talisman maker.
