Chronicle of Golvageth, entry 634

Entry 634 is the last ever report that came from the Chronicler of Golvageth. It contains various info discovered by him and sent to The Witchhunt.
The book located inside The Witchhunt headquarters is the only copy of all 634 records written by him. The one that belonged to him has been lost, though it is suspected that he managed to activate the self-destruct spell placed on it.

The Chronicler of Golvageth finished writing the last sentence in his book. It was done.
He didn't have much time, so without waiting he activated the White spell hidden on the last page. A spell using the negative aspect of the Color, chaos. Immediately, the pages of the book began filling with white splotches that cut them, burned them, dissolved them, and consumed them. Half of the book already destroyed itself when he heard a voice behind.
"Have you been having fun, little hunter?"
The Librarian herself. He didn't have to turn around to feel the piercing gaze of her eyes.
"Now turn around and play nice. This doesn't have to hurt."
He didn't move. Without her noticing, the book disappeared with a slight sizzle. What he knew was safe.
"Now listen to me, you brat," she spoke coldly. "You will..."
His body hitting the ground stopped her from finishing the sentence. She walked up to him and turned him, face upwards. There was a growing white hole growing in his chest. He redirected a part of the spell from the book to his heart to avoid being captured.
Mostly angry, but also slightly impressed, Librarian carried his corpse to the floor below, where her servants could take it away.

Chronicle of Golvageth, entry 634

A month has passed since I created my last report. In that time, I've been going through most of the books inside Golvageth's Library. Hoping I could discover something similar to the Tale of the Witch of Purification. Something about the weird language the Deep-Sea Witch used. Or about her connection with the Southern Tricoven.
And nothing. At least nothing on floors 1 through 5, to which I had access. There was one more. The floor accessible only to the Librarian herself. Just being seen stepping on the stairs up there guaranteed a death sentence. I know what I did was against my role as a silent observer. But I had to know.

I'm not going to disclose how I managed to sneak in, as I think that no matter how well I did it, I'll be found out soon. But I did it.[...] Rows and rows of bookshelves. [...] Even her collection was sorted alphabetically.
There they were. One was a book under "Black", another one under "Sea".
The black book was literally Black. Just a soft touch caused it to leak the pure Color out of its pages. My hands were stained and couldn't be cleaned.[...] There was a chapter about what was called a Black Speech, the weird language used by the Deep-Sea Witch. I took out my sketches and started to compare.
The first thing she said was: "I'm free! Air!"
When she summoned the Blue Clouds, it was: "Go away! Sleep!"
Just before the Beasts of the depths surfaced: "Come, friends! We can go!"
Once the The Lost Battle of Golvageth started: "Run away, friends! I'll protect you!". Right. The beasts never attacked anyone.
And in the end, when they captured her, she just begged them to not send her down there again.

The second book had only one thing that interested me. The thing I already suspected. It had a list of names of people subjected to Sea Grave Banishment. It was a book about the beasts of the depths. I knew their bones didn't belong to fish.

Every chronicler, when receiving their title, receives an enchanted book, one of a pair. Everything that will be written in their book will show up inside its twin. Some other enchantments include one that hides its content from anyone else and one that will self-destruct it.
