Team 8 is having the Moot with the goal of discussing the what should be done about Draco Industries in context of the Shadow Investigations Unit becoming more aggressive.

The Missing Cub

Gnara will approach team 8 regarding there being a missing gnoll cub and she will request that they assist by rescuing the gnolls. She tells them that she believes that the Shadow Investigation Unit Research Department is involved. There is a lab that they believe that cub has been taken to for research.

The Research Lab

820 Minor Ave N Seattle, Washington. This location is only about 10 minutes away from Onureth Taoul if they go by car. It will take 30 minutes if they go by public transportation.

The characters will only find chaos here. Ebonie was running an experiment that went horribly wrong and a pit fiend got loose in her lab. It rampaged through the lab and has killed all of the gnolls that were being kept there. The only surviving gnoll is Sovra, Keska's daughter, who Ebonie managed to save and is now holding. When the characters enter the lab, Ebonie is in the lower right work room rummaging for something to help her against the Pit Fiend. The Pit Fiend is in the upper left room feeding on the gnolls that it has killed there. If the players make any loud noises the Pit Fiend will come to investigate. Otherwise, every round there is a 50% chance that the Pit Fiend will finish eating and come out into the large central room. Ebonie will not give the characters the gnoll cub without fighting them, but she will not die in a conflict with them or the Pit Fiend. Surviving this disaster is her priority.
