The Lair of the Witchy Hag

The players are still in the region of the Black Forest, and come across a patrol of Saxon warriors. If any are left alive, and captured they will say they are hunting for a witch that has beguiled them into thinking they are wolves. She is offering to help the Saxon war effort in the region for access to spell components & test subjects, and have recently gave her a captured northern Celt with some magical prowess. He is trapped in her lair and needs freed. They were given gold, prestige, and other minor treasure/abilities, but all at a cost. Each one has their sense of smell & hearing vastly improved, but now find certain smells & sounds driving them to violence for no reason. They enter a bloodlust when this happens & their canine teeth grow slightly longer and sharper. Also they feel the need to protect her at all costs when this happens.   If the witch can be killed then they can be free. All they know is that she lives in her lair below a stone with two moons & suns carved into it, and nobody can open it of their own accord unless knowing how to. Also, it involves doing this at night when the moon is visible, pouring human blood on it while doing it, and turning the thing twice. She can enter and exit her lair at any time, but prefers to do it at night.   If they time it right they can get in free the Celt and get out, but always run the risk of encountering her.  Killing her will put a stop to excess wolf attacks in the region of the Black Forest.
