Council
The Council is made up of two main groups. The War Council, and the Spirit Council. Both groups report directly to the Chieftain and advise them on many matters. From the supply status of the Tribe to military matters, and matters of the Spirits and visions. This role is vital to the functionality of the Tribe and without it, there is a greater danger to the whole group. The Chieftain relies on the Council to help him in matters of state, war, spirituality, and civil duties. The Tribe relies on the Council to bring their worries before the Chieftain, protect their way of life through the command of their warriors, and to fulfill the religious and spiritual roles of their society.

War Council
The War Council is specifically skilled in matters of war, battle, military strategy, scouting, and military action around the world. These highly venerated individuals maintain the chain of command within the tribe. There is a cap of two positions available for this Rank.
Spirit Council
Those among the Spirit Council are dedicated to the spiritual preservation of the Tribe and maintaining the Chieftain's, and the Tribe's link with the Ancestral Spirits. Their specialties range from healing to spirit walking and communing with the various forces of nature and magic on Azeroth. These individuals tend to use their magical abilities primarily outside of combat but that does not mean that they do not serve in battle when required. Some enemies even require the intervention of the Spirit Council's collective power.
