Archfae Species in The Realm of Beardsgaard | World Anvil

Archfae

Archfae are much like Forest Gods, living in the wild woods of their kingdoms. But while the Forest Gods of the Day Elves give life to their forests, the Archfae have no forests left in their lands to care for. Many have turned instead to a care and reverence for death and all its beauty.   They tend to have a talent for necromancy, and their assassins are artists in their trade. Although they are about quite a bit of shadow and doom, the God side of their natures make them magnetic at parties.

Basic Information

Growth Rate & Stages

Archfae age stages take after whichever culture they are raised in, but all things being equal, they lean toward their elven side in this regard. They reach full size around 13 years of age, but are still considered in their youth until the age of 100, at 500 they are usually done with their procreation years, and are considered an elder at 1000 years old and beyond.
Legacy Beings take on traits of each of their parent species. A single God far back in a long line of Night Elves will make for a present day Archfae with mostly Elven characteristics.   Choose which of your parent species you take after more, then take the Stats and Prime Traits of that parent species, and the Legacy Trait of the other parent species.
