Shakaan is an ocean Agri-world, the local population is an acceptable level of Abhuman and they fish the planet for the Rogue Traders and the Imperium in general.
Geography
The planet is entirely covered in water. The Rogue Traders of the Brutus Dynasty established huge floating cities on the surface to allow access to the orbit.
Ecosystem
The planet has warm and cold seasons.
The locals live underwater in huge coral cities, they are considered acceptable abhumans and they fish the planet sending the bounties to the surfaced to be shipped off world to supply the Gulf.
