Geography
The moon is a ruined wrack. What little population surviving in sealed underground towns and cities. The surface is storm ridden but the volcanoes produce valuable materials that the inhabitants must acquire to repair and maintain their refuges.
Ecosystem
The ecosystem is wildly varied and uncontrolled. Barely sustainable above the surface and lethal when in the warp humans only step on the surface for the most dire reasons.
Localized Phenomena
After an experiment on the surface of The Forbidden World of Gamma the moon is trapped in a warp phenomena. The barrier between the material and immertial realms is thin, at times the moon can be sucked into the warp for weeks, months even years.
Even when in real space warp breaches are known to happen on the surface.
Natural Resources
The surface is tainted with warp materials as well as metal required by the humans living on the planet need to repair their habitations.
The metals recovered and purified by the priests and used.
Certain elements of the Ordo and cultists are known to collect the tainted metals to use in the creations of various objects.
