Rivens
The Rivens are a collection of winding, often narrow, gorges in southern Ustraria, marking the country's southern border with Unenshuut. There is speculation over their origin, with some saying they were created by long-ago erosion (including water) while others speak of near-mythical giant burrowing worms known as poros.
During the War of the Six Ustraria employed them strategically as lookout posts, and the maze-like passages and unpredictable dead-ends and sheer difficulty in traversing them with any large force made them a useful line of defense.
Devatska Acosaphaura and Xocis Bu'ran were primarily based here.
