Eibe Settlement in The Fruit of War | World Anvil

Eibe (EYE-BEE)

Eibe is a medium-sized city in central Unenshuut on the western bank of the Tubisqu River. Its population pre-war (c. 985AC) was around 60,000 people, which dropped to around 35,000 people post-war by 1000AC.    It was founded in approximately 470AC (though most claim the exact year as 472AC) as a small trading post and river-port by local goblin gilds to export their wares upriver to Keismeb or, later, inland to Sahle-ve'Ebaith.   It is notable for being the birthplace of Veplesea Roor, and consequently the site of the primordial church of the Order of the Burning Crown. Remarkably, the Burning Crown did not find solid footing there and while still present, its numbers do not compare to the more popular Phaetun Creed. Creedists govern Eibe in what is essentially a theocracy.
