Sedibeng Settlement in The Black Thorne Continent | World Anvil

Sedibeng

  • Once a Barren Land during the Age of Warlords, trees were planted in their tens of thousands over the course of three hundred years with new breeds being formed, those trees, mainly being god trees which are big enough to hold hundreds of thousands and are able to self sustain and become petrified, creating immortal structures.
  • The People of the Sedibeng Territory call themselves the Sedi people. And their land, the Sedi Kingdom.
  • The Sedi territory is one of the largest in all of Taung with uneven somewhat tricky terrain, though not entirely mountainous with great ditches and drops in the earth. Though rocky due to common rains, there is actually a great deal of greenery. Though the land was not tillable, the land itself was originally arid but with the nurturing of the Chui it became a paradise, for those with antidotes or really tough skin.
  • In its own way it is the poison capital of Taung, discouraging many humans from settling.
  • There are fifteen God Trees, five of which are over two hundred and fifty years old. Holding the capacity to hold 2,5 million per tree. 3.5 million housed in the oldest tree.
  • Each tree is named after a great leader who worked on the birthing of a tree.    Older to Youngest:
