Ghoshbeg Rel
The lands around the Rel Crater and the northern Darview Fells is a dangerous place to travel as it is the tribal homeland of Ghoshbeg Rel, the largest and most aggressive of the tribes of Orcs.
Based in the settlement of Rel Grugkun, their huge and terrifying leader Zhugan Ghoshbeg sits atop the Throne of Bones and dispenses his own kind of harsh justice.
For years the orc tribes had been a scourge of the Western Commonlands, but were disunited and their raids were uncommon and disorganised. Then, a savage young orc warrior named Zhugan began a reign of terror upon his own people. He slew several of the tribal leaders, and with the aid of a mysterious orc witch called Sharog the Dark he united the dispirate tribes into one powerful force.
Zhugan appears to be an orc of unusual intelligence with a strategic mind. Under his dominion the Ghoshbeg Rel have become a force to be reckoned with, and the Darview Fells in particular have become dangerous to travel. It has been the Dwarves that have suffered most as they are fighting over the same territory. Many conflicts have occurred at the Rel Crater, which the Dwarves mine for Celestial Steel and the orcs consider a holy place of Gruumsh.
