Peer-to-Pier
Neon Server's dockyards are the primary launch point for vehicles traveling to and from other servers. Traffic here is strongly regulated, requiring regular contact with dockyard control until reaching The Gate or going ashore. The Debuggers maintain a vigilant customs office to make sure that no Glitch enters or leaves Neon Server.
District Trait: A Crew with 0-1 Heat or a member with a Courier License can pay 1 Coin to gain +1 to engagement rolls for Transport scores starting in this district.
Faction Presence:
Debuggers (T3): This is the best supported precinct of Debuggers, given the importance of their task. With less Glitch to deal with overall, they can afford to turn their efforts toward hunting down Shades and rogue Process.
Adventurers Guild, Neon Chapter (T2): An ecclectic group of Users seeking glory and fortune by exploring abandoned partitions and hoping to find something of value in The Far Lands.
Neon City Tourism Agency (T1): Neon attracts a number of tourists from more sparsely populated servers. Those in the big city will also visit other servers, making the Peer-to-Pier an ideal spot for their headquarters.
Guild of Quest Givers (T0): A small organization that takes advantage of the Adventurers Guild, sending them off on quests that advance their agenda.
