Biblio Sector
Given how much Users forget as memories are rewritten, there's always a need for educational facilities. Frequented by Users who've styled themselves as teenagers, the district contains numerous educational facilities, many of which have only loose control of their students. Hijinks in the sector run the gamut from minor pranks to out-of-control Legend University's "heroes" wielding Glitch-fueled powers spilling out of the training arena.
District Trait: By spending 1 Coin, a player character may Frame a Scene here to gain 2 xp instead of the standard 1 xp. Expect shenanigans, as this will always cause problems for your character.
Faction Presence
- The Student Council (T3): A group of students representing the numerous cliques, fraternities, and sororities. Though ostensibly students, they are usually the biggest influence in the Biblio Sector.
- Fortran Fraternity (T2): A group of students of the Archive seeking The Set Function, the most primal of Archive functions to wield power over reality. Generally filled with internal rivalries.
- Legend University (T1): An academy for Users who've gained unusual abilities from Glitch Virus exposure. Students are often Breakers and Capacitors with little in the way of restraint.
- The Tenured (T0): A recently formed group of Archivists dedicated to unearthing the true nature of Soulbank and turning it towards a scholarly hierarchy ruled by their philosopher king.
