Legend University
Usually, when a User is infected with Glitch, it tends to cause memory corruption, leading to deresolution, lost memories, or strange behavior. On rare occasions, it gives them exceptional abilities. Legend University seeks out such Users to teach them how to use those powers. Whatever their stated ideals, LU students tend to be loud and violent when they come across a "villain." This is frequently attributed to the irrationality of Glitch, but just as often, it's a student drunk on their unique power.

Legend University bills itself as an organization that seeks to bend the destructive power of Glitch towards society's ends and bringing justice to the villains who would threaten the order of Soulbank.

Tier Variation
Tier 1: A band of glitched Users using their strange talents as vigilantes, seeking out similarly empowered Users and Process. Small, hidden headquarters filled with custom, temperamental crime-fighting gadgets.
Tier 3: A openly operating academy for glitched Users to learn how to harness their powers. Numerous conflicts with criminal and weird factions grow out of control as their glitch powers corrupt the landscape, causing great collateral damage. University with hazardous arenas for members to train in. Specialized gadgetry.
Tier 5: Volunteer Users intentionally exposed to Glitch to develop their powers. Watchtower on Helios dispatches large moderator teams to “contain” various crises with varying effect. System stability begins to fall as new threats arise. Glitch manifests, and glitched powers are invoked to counter it, causing devastation.
