The Gate
Neon Server is connected to the rest of Soulbank by way of an I/O Port simply known as The Gate by the locals. Shaped as a giant, half-submerged circle of white metal, the Gate is an imposing structure that allows both air and sea traffic to pass through. Travel through the Gate is strictly regulated to prevent the spread of Glitch to and from other servers, but smuggling remains commonplace, often due to corruption.
Travel to another server is often a disorienting experience, similar to being through the Resolution Queue and subjects travelers to a sort of temporal displacement as each server runs on an independent clock.

Alterations
Most of the code operating the Gate is hard-coded and largely unchanged since the origin of Soulbank. The system does contain an extensive log of everything that travels through it, though the process for reading the records are somewhat arcane.
