Cobalt Server
Cobalt Server exists to serve the Users who feel a need to be "productive." It produces artificially finite resources that are mined, pumped, and processed to produce many of the luxury goods across Soulbank. Because of this system, there is brisk trade and speculative crazes surrounding Cobalt goods. Though Coin remains the default currency of Soulbank, the commodities of Cobalt frequently form the backing for other currencies.
Architecture is king in Cobalt, with numerous factions vying to build the grandest of megastructures or mine the resources for them. Most of the day-to-day work is done by a breed of Process known as Cobolds, while Users tend toward management and planning roles. It is common, however, for some Users to take a personal approach, finding and digging up the rarest of resources before their Cobold competitors get to them. Argon Entertainment frequently hosts competitions between opposing crews that often come to blows over the prized resources.

The Skyrise
Located well above ground, the Skyrise is the prime location for corporate headquarters, which typically take the form of floating crystalline skyscrapers. Here, the titans of Cobalt's industries vie for the grandest architecture, routinely Compiling new structures and recycling the old. While most of the server is only loosely controlled, corporate security firms maintain a tight vigil proportionate to the material wealth stored here.
The Green Zone
Covered with green hills and blue moutains, The Green Zone is a carefully managed source of organic materials as well as an Administrator-mandated place of natural beauty. The region was once ravaged by the corporations long ago, but was since restored by the Administration's liberal use of Authority. Since then, Users have had to lobby for rights to the Zone by demonstrating their restraint in the face of all the exploitable material wealth.
Down Below
Located below the Green Zone is a sprawling network of mines, factories, and residential zones for their Process laborers. Down Below is the industrial heart of Cobalt, and a very unpleasant place to live for those not adapted specifically for it. This was the environment that lead to the development of Cobalt's signature Process, the Cobold. Despite their adapted mentality, the region is subject to periods of great discontent among its workers.
Cerulean Mountains
The large western region of Cobalt is dominated by harsh, cold mountains, often requiring environmental gear to survive outside constructed habitats and caves. The rarest of minerals can be found here, but requires some of the most stalwart of beings. Though most of the work is left to Cobolds, some enterprising Users are willing to brave the elements to ensure their parent companies prosper from the mineral wealth here.
Sapphire Sea
The eastern half of Cobalt is dominated by ocean and known for some of the more exotic resources located beneath the waves. The surface is dotted with drilling rigs made for extracting the fluid known as Joule, used to power many high performance machines. Piracy is a common problem in the vast sea, often countered with mercenary forces using mechs specially designed for combat on the ocean surface known as SURFs.
History
Cobalt Server is said to have experienced a golden age in the Era of Purpose, though no one today remembers what the grand projects of the time were originally for. For many Blues today, the satisfaction of a completed project is reason enough to work, leading the rest of Soulbank to perceive Blues as determined and industrious, though often very demanding of others, particularly of Cobolds.
