Adventurers Guild, Neon Chapter
The Adventurers Guild is widly regarded as a band of troublemakers at best, and a criminal organization at worst. They largely live down to stereotypes of toxic MMO players, simply in it for their own fun and operating by their own set of cutthroat rules. Currently, their biggest project is exploring The Far Lands of Neon's wilderness as well as the undercity.

The Guild is supposedly a meritocracy, but this generally means the strongest fighters climb the ranks by challenging their successors. Argon Entertainment is usually happy to make a show of it.
Culture
The Adventurers Guild as a whole has no higher ideals, simply a consuming passion for exploration and combat shared by its members. Most of the Users who make up the organization have accepted violence as simply another form of fun and fight for displays of dominance and the accumulation of loot.

Tier Variation
Tier 1: Small groups of Users and Process “hirelings” exploring the bad parts of town or operating as mercenaries. Degraded artifacts from the Far Lands.
Tier 3: Expeditions to the Far Lands, black market of glitched artifacts. “PVP” territory fights. Bound lesser daemons. A well-stocked arsenal.
If promoted to Tier 4, the Grand Company of Soulbank will be reformed, with Neon Chapter at its head, leaving a subsidiary guild behind in Neon Server.
