The valley is home to a family of Timber Wolves: two adults and three babies.
Flora
Spruce Trees, which increase the magic of the area, grow on valley banks. Since the The Peas Treaty of the Mushroom Wars in 1453, Peas have populated the high branches of the Spruce trees while Mushrooms grow amongst the Spruce trees' roots and stumps.

Natural Resources

The Glittering Valley is an area of high magical activity. The rocks of the valley floor glitter with magical energy. Although the rocks themselves aren't magic, they comprise of the substance Flint of the Malachite Maid, which appears underground in areas of ancient magic activity and indicates a nearby entrance to the Mines of the Malachite Maid.

History

As an area of high magical activity, the Glittering Valley has attracted various Spirits of the Old Beliefs. The first sapient creature to inhabit the valley is a Samovila, who dwells in the wishing well that predates the founding of the nearest settlement Ketterpesh.   Between 980 and 1453, the valley was also the arena of the ongoing Mushroom Wars, between The Mushroom Kingdom and The Pea Kingdom. It was settled by the wise Witch Baboushka who oversaw the signing of a Peas Treaty between the two kingdoms.
