History
As far back as year 0, the original lands of Drakenvald were strife with war for hundreds of years. Keeps and kingdoms were built and razed with practically every generation. After two hundred years of warfare between rival armies and micro-kings, a new ruler arose. From house Schwert came Lord Gerard, who with great feats of diplomacy and unrivaled skill in battle, managed to overtake the majority of the continent, from the southern shores of the endless green, to the northern mountains range of Tobar Mor, the Great Divide, and the Grey Verret.
After expanding his kingdom as far as he could, he settled the main city of his kingdom nestled between the mountain ranges of Tobar Mor, in the old capital of Sergale, which now resides in the kingdom of Gwilith
