Ormslíkifjall

Ormslíkifjall, or Serpent's Back, is a mountain range that curves northward from Jǫtunnfjall, eventually reaching the coast. The mountains are known for their rugged terrain and harsh climate. The winters are long and cold, with heavy snowfall, while the summers are short and cool.   The flora of Ormslíkifjall is sparse, with only the hardiest plants able to survive in the harsh conditions. Alpine flowers can be found blooming in the summer months, while coniferous trees, such as spruce and pine, can be found in sheltered areas. The mountains are also home to a variety of wildlife, including bears, wolves, and mountain goats.   The mountains are rumored to contain ancient mines however, the exact location of these mines is unknown, and they are said to be guarded by dangerous creatures.
