Drekihauss Vík

Drekihauss Vík, or Dragon Skull Bay, is a deep, fjord-like inlet that cuts into the coast between Suðriey and the Ormslíkifjall Mountains. The bay is named for the countless dragons that were slain in the area during the Chain Breaker War. The bodies of these massive creatures were often dumped into the bay, and their skeletal remains can still be found in the shallow waters.
The waters of Drekihauss Vík are cold and dark, and the depths of the bay remain largely unexplored. The bay is home to a variety of marine life, including fish, seals, and whales. However, the most fearsome creatures in the bay are the various sharks, which are attracted to the plentiful food supply.
The surrounding cliffs are home to a variety of bird life, including seagulls, puffins, and eagles. The cliffs are also a popular nesting ground for these birds, and their calls can be heard echoing across the bay.
