Draugrauðr

Draugrauðr is an ancient ruin nestled at the base of the Ulfrfjall Mountains, on the northern shore of Isvatn. The ruins are believed to be of dwarven origin, though their exact purpose remains a mystery. The few adventurers who have dared to explore Draugrauðr tell of a vast city built within the mountains, with towering structures and intricate carvings.   However, the ruins are not without their dangers. The halls of Draugrauðr are said to be patrolled by undead creatures, and the air is filled with an eerie silence. Some believe that the ruins are cursed, and that misfortune befalls anyone who takes anything from the place.   According to local legends, a great battle took place at Draugrauðr between the loyal vassals and servants of the dragons and great cats, and their would be liberators. The battle was fierce and bloody, and the defenders were eventually defeated. With their dying breath, the defeated warriors cursed the place and their attackers, vowing that misfortune would befall anyone who entered the ruins.   Despite the dangers, the allure of the hidden treasures within Draugrauðr is too much for some adventurers to resist. Those who dare to explore the ruins must be prepared for anything. The undead are a constant threat, and the curse of Draugrauðr is said to be powerful and far-reaching. But for those who are brave enough to face the dangers, the rewards could be great.
