The Exalted City of Rycca
The capital of The Peoples Republic of Rycrioun is The Exalted City of Rycca is sat on the western shores of Fellmoore overlooking the deep blue waters of the Attel Sea. It is home to the headquarters of The Council of Advancement and Awareness and the library and school that are known as Kerith-Valandras named for the founder of the school and organization.
In order to ensure the population of the city and the country, on the whole, is educated roughly 200 schools are dotted around the city where children aged 8 - 16 study if they have not been able to get into Kerith-Valandras which only has room for 200 students from Rycca.
Throughout the city, the council keeps the peace with the Guardians of Civilization but it is common knowledge that the criminal syndicate known as The Crimson holds some power within the city walls and the borders of the country. The city, on the whole, plays host to 347,640 residents of varying backgrounds, races, and social classes; all of whom believe in bettering themselves, their country, and civilization. Grand inventions have come out of the city in both the material and arcane arts.

Government
Rycca is the seat of power for Rycrioun and therefore holds all branches of government that lead not only the city but the country as well. The city is primarily ruled by the Chief Minister that is voted on every five years along with the rest of the major political position within the rest of the country. The Minister appoints a small council that helps them run the city.
