The school and training grounds of those who are learning to be part of The Division
Purpose / Function
This is where the potential shinobi and future officers of The Hidden City of Beltin come to learn and train. The school plays host to 300 students with 240 of them being trainees and 60 of them being shinobi training for officer positions within the different units.
Students are allowed entrance to the school following the passing of a written and practical exam at the age of 14 with some being allowed in earlier depending on test results. Once training begins students can graduate whenever they feel ready, most take four years. In order to graduate a student must pass a different written and practical exam. Students go through regular schooling including maths, history, and geography, with each adding a focus on how what they learn can be used in the field. They then focus on physical training, in the forms of weapon use, hand to hand combat, and disguise techniques.
After graduation and time spent out in the field shinobi can reenlist into the school to take officer training that'll allow them to take a commanding role within the different units of The Division as an officer and higher ranks.
Alterations
Over the years the school has grown gaining two additional training grounds, three new wings, and an office for The Commander and the other high ranking members of The Division.
Architecture
The small campus is split into a three-storey main building that holds the entrance, reception area, and the only teleportation circle in the city. On the second floor offices for the small council can be found, and on the third the office for The Commander can be found.
