Session 17 - 2nd of Thellonde Secday 948 ACW
General Summary
After Team 3 was ambushed by Orion Hanatis and his cultist they quickly made their way away from the battle zone and found a spot to camp out for the night. Adam used his abilities to create a small home for them to stay out of the elements and not have to keep watch. Once morning reached the group they packed up their bags and continued towards the capital.
It took them five more days but they made it to Rycca. On their way in, they bumped into Bilbar, who expressed interest in any oddity they had come across. The group decided against telling the halfling that they had found anything due to the fact that he looked paler than they last saw him. and after speaking with Azel and getting their pay for the month the group split off to take care of personal business around the city. Hexan decided to sit down with the book on the chaotic realms of the world that had been given to him by Archmage Tulvir to hopefully learn more about how his powers worked. Sadly the book was outside of his understanding and he figured he needed an actual teacher on the subject. Adam set up the plant in his room to let Charlie know that he was back in the city and needed to talk to him. The Fryer made his way over to Archmage Kylin Celesar's office to drop off the new orb the group had gotten as she was the one now in charge of the study of the objects.
The trio spent the night in the city, and while Adam spoke to Charlie he found that the coin he was told to give to the half-elf held a secret compartment with a note for Charlie. Before his mentor left Adam asked him to pass a message along to Tanor. In the morning the group gathered their things and decided to take the back roads to the Lucanis Tribe to hopefully sneak around the cult.
