Wartooth Collective
The Wartooth clan began to gain prominence in the years before The Catalyst War . It began absorbing many of the lesser clans and launched raids to surrounding areas. While the Covenant existed, they were seen as a minor threat, or nuisance, to the older nations of southern Mithlonde. That changed in a post-Covenant Mithlonde. With the Dominion of the Searing Flame itching for a new enemy, the troublesome and violent orc clans the Shield Peaks were a prime target for the self-righteous crusader state.
Refugees from the clans first hit by the Dominon's crusade flocked to Wartooth, who struggled to support the sudden influx of their kin. Thrust into the de facto leadership position for the orcs of the Shield Peaks, Wartooth mounted as fierce a defense as they could, forcing the crusaders into a stalemate. With the rise of the Shadow Tyrant closer to home, the Dominion forces pulled back and the orcs were able to mount an exodus north to new strongholds in the Dragon's Nest mountains.
Determined to never be cowed again by foreign invaders the Wartooth clan brought virtually all the orc clans of the Dragon's Nest mountains together to form a unified defense. Effectively led by the patriarch of the Wartooth Clan, the Wartooth Collective has become known across the continent for its unparalleled mounted forces, capable of lightning raids and brutal charges.

While it has been many years since the Dominion purged the Wartooth at the Shield Peaks, and drove them north, no peace treaty was offered and the orcs will still kill any Dominion soldier or citizen they see on sight.
