Trezza del Inas
Eager to exploit the new found resources of the Rana Archipelago, the Coalition of Free Cities founded the colony of Trezza del Inas primarily as a port through which they could ship the islands' bounty back to mainland Mithlonde.
The colony grew quickly. The land's rich soil meant the forests were dense and lumber was plentiful. The port saw ships leaving loaded down with treasures mined from the rich deposits of iron, copper, gold, platinum, and diamond present, and arriving full of colonists hopeful or desperate enough to make the lengthy, hazardous voyage.
The Storms Return
Without warning, the Deep Ocean Tempests came roaring back to cover the jewel seas north east of the archipelago. The arcane storms disrupt magical travel and communication, and make ocean voyages impossible. The Governor Ciro Ardulo was on one such voyage when the tempests returned. He never returned, his ship is assumed lost to the sea.Industry & Trade

The Dock Worker's Guild
Headed by Erris Guera, the Dock Worker's Guild struggled, often in vain, for the rights of the workers who kept the colony afloat, loading and unloading the vessels that came to its ports. In these uncertain times, the common citizen looks to them for leadership.The Merchant Lords
The land lords, mine owners, and trade barons that held the real power in the colony. The former governor ensured they could do as they pleased, so long of Vinatona got its cut. While often bickering with each other, they know when to set aside their difference to hold on to their collective power. In such times, they often look to Micaela Alessandri to lead them.The Gold Contract
The mercenary company on retainer to defend the colony and keep order. With their last payment now resting at the bottom of the ocean, and future payments uncertain, their leader Giovanni de' Lecce has decided to take the governorship as backpay.
