The Coastal city state of Arkadia is most well-known across Helathen for its Naval force, which has proven its superiority multiple times against internal aggressors –mostly from Tyrata – and from those who might cause harm to Helathen.

Military
The Military forces of Arkadia are made of, so they claim, willing enlisters, who join the ranks as a Naphtis. Members of families will often join up as a chance to provide better for their family, as well as defend their homeland.
Religion
While the Great Hellanic Pantheon is observed, the vast amount of worship is given to Theilas, Goddess of the Sea and Earthquakes. Worship for Chygoura, of the Lesser Hellanic Pantheon, has grown over the years as a union with Theilas. There are some cults who consider them a partner to Theilas.
